The origin of the human language
Thanks to a functional, non-invasive imaging technique, neuroscientists analyzed the brain’s response to different auditory sequences of three monkeys and two dozen volunteers. By comparing the human brain to that of macaques, the scientists identified the brain circuitry that could be at the origin of the human language.
